We wish we had read the reviews before booking.

We wish we had read the reviews before booking. A little too far from places to walk, had to get taxis. Staff were ok, but not overly accommodating. There is no sky bar as advertised. ITS A SMOKING HOTEL, so if you’re not keen on the rooms and carpet smelling like smoke, stay elsewhere. Bath wasn’t really clean when we arrived. Fine if you’re after somewhere to sleep only- bed was comfy and sheets were clean. Nightmare fellow neighbour residents though!

I had bad experience at this hotel. Not recommend this hotel

Bedroom was clean and the bed was comfy

The bath looks good but the bathtub was not been cleaned when I check-in the first day then I called reception to asked the service room for cleaning again. The second day they came and cleaned the room but the bathroom and bathtub was still not clean again and I asked the service room to come back in order to clean again. This time I was getting angry and they came to clean again and after they service room left I checked the bathtub and I found that they didn’t clean well bathtub again because bathtub still dirty somewhere so my husband decided to clean the bathtub by himself. I just was so disappointed that I paid 1.250.000 vnd/per night for them and then my husband had to do the job of service room. There are a lots hotel in Ho Chi Minh city is more cheaper than this hotel (cosmopolitan Hotel) but the bathroom is more cleaner than and the staff is more helpful and friendly than this one. Very disappointed and never come back again.

Shallow Hotel. Looks good on the outside and on paper but disappointing inside.

Standard layout and expectation of a 3 star hotel.

The bed was squeaky the mattress should have been replaced long ago. The air con was weak even selected the strongest settings. I was on level 7 yet can still hear traffic noise. At 6am I can hear blasting of local music from the street which lasted an hour. At 7am I can hear clearly two lady’s talking to each other next door in Bietnamese mean the walls are paper thin. Lack of included facility unless u pay for extra such as spa, sauna etc

1 night there are guest beside my room, maybe they were doing sex party or drug party. They play music very loud all night until 4 in the morning and Hotel did not do anything to stop, even I already ask they to stop it

Receptionists are really friendly and helpful , they let me check in early and let me to choose higher or lower floor to stay . Room was clean and had good view to the city , good price for the room and quality

Restaurant was terrible , the lady in restaurant ( may be manager )was very arogant and rude , she willing to yell at customer when I went at 9am for breakfast but the food is going out ( breakfast from 6:30-9:30 ) , i asked to fill more food but she didnt allow it . Restaurant staffs are also not well trained , they don’t understand english

Very comfortable , they let me check in early , the room was very spacious and nice . Receptionist were really friendly and helpful especially the girl wearing glasses

Spacious room, big bteakfast buffet.

9th floor but No view! Huge comercial sign 1,5 meter from the window blocked everything. Staff was constantly om their phones. No baby/child chair in restaurant.

good hotel and service staff are friendly. hotel reception and bell man are friendly they help me alot during my stay. room are big and clean i got free up rate from small room to VIP for 10 days no extra charge . will back here again

Wouldn't recommend

The only good thing was that the bed was comfy

When we arrived it was about 10/11pm and We were extremely tired. We checked in with ease and got shown to our room. I had booked a superior room and he never mentioned at the time we had been upgraded so I thought that we were in the room i booked, it was great. That's where it all went downhill. The breakfast was pretty poor. There wasn't much choice at all unless you wanted to eat chicken curry and vegetables for breakfast. Who even does that? The only thing my partner would eat was the cereals and the bread and jam. The butter tasted awful! We had a trip planned today so we handed our keys in at reception and off we went. When we came back we got told that they'd switched our rooms!! They'd gone through all of our belongings without even having the decency of asking us First! Having had some things stolen in the last hotel we were in I was fuming. Also the room was tiny. If that was a superior room I would hate to see what a standard double looked like. The next day we had another trip planned and then after we were going to the airport. At checking out the price of the room had gone up by nearly £30!! which for the room we had I thought was absolutely appaling. We left our luggage at the hotel while we were on our trip. When we got picked up she asked if she hotel had spoken to us about the timings of the trip.. but no one had! Apparently the tour guide had already rang up concerned that we might miss our flight due to the timings of the trip but no one decided to mention that to us. He then rang up the tour guide while we were on the bus and asked if we had discussed the timings. I was like... really?

Terrible

Lots of greckosin the room, my girlfriend couldn’t sleep there. They been on the bed , in the shower, in the room. I asked to move to another room but they didn’t moved me. We wanted to cancel the room but they didnt want to give us the money back. She didn’t slept all night. Its also far from the tourist places. Not recommended
